“The Fireflies’ Homes organization came into my life at a time when I had exhausted all my other options for caring for my daughter Catherine, while her sister needed to be hospitalized in another city for a few days. As Catherine is now 20 years old, we have attended several respite homes since her birth. There, I discovered a warm environment, a home adapted to my daughter’s disability, and above all, dedicated and competent staff always ready to do everything possible to meet both my needs and Catherine’s. Thanks to this organization, I’ll be able to go on vacation for a week in April—something I never would have thought possible.
